Service Scope

VPNWN provides access to international routes, subscription management and a way to obtain client apps for cross-border access in lawful situations. Service coverage includes 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage does not mean every route is always available or that all international websites will accept connections through a given route.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not provide accounts, membership benefits or content licenses for third-party websites. Users must still meet the target service's regional, account and usage requirements; a successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use that service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all that is needed. Users must keep their login credentials, subscription details and logged-in devices secure. Do not publish subscription details or hand your account to others. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change your password and report the situation through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's own devices or devices they are authorized to use and does not grant permission to resell the service. Selling, renting or distributing subscriptions is prohibited. Do not share an account or subscription with others or use the service to provide network access to third parties as a business.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, review the plan prices and data details. Obtain clients and subscriptions through the user panel, not from public discussion forums.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their actual activities, as well as the terms of service of target websites. Do not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, unlawful acquisition or distribution of personal information, spreading malicious software or other illegal activities.

Do not launch network attacks, access systems without authorization, abuse services with bulk requests or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of routes, client apps or third-party systems. Users are responsible for their own transmissions and actions. The anonymous, no-logs policy does not change users' legal responsibilities. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Network performance depends on the local network, carrier links, egress region, device configuration and the policies of the target service. Maintenance, upstream network failures or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt connections. VPNWN does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connectivity or continuous access to any specific third-party platform.

If an issue occurs, first check your local network and client settings, then submit a ticket with details of the issue, platform and selected region. Hide passwords and subscription details from any materials you submit. To the extent permitted by law, VPNWN is not liable for losses caused by changes to third-party services, user configuration errors or unlawful user actions. This does not exclude liability that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

For violations of these terms, subscription resale or sharing, threats to network operations or suspected unlawful use, VPNWN may, depending on the circumstances, restrict relevant features, suspend connections or terminate an account. Any action should be proportionate to the violation. Restrictions may be imposed first when necessary to prevent ongoing harm.

Users who disagree with an action may submit a factual explanation and request a review through the user panel ticket system. A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for instructions.

Changes and Notices

VPNWN may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change and will revise the last-updated month on this page. Important changes affecting account rights or usage obligations will be explained through an on-site notice or a message in the user panel, including details of the changes and when they apply.

Users should read the updated terms after receiving notice of an important change. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and contact us through a ticket to discuss next steps. Changes to these terms will not retroactively reduce rights users have already acquired under applicable law. Submit all questions about these terms through the user panel ticket system.
