Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNWN handles data when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. It applies to the marketing website and user panel. Third-party payment pages are managed by their respective providers; please also review their privacy policies when visiting those pages.
Account and Service Data
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNWN uses account identifiers and information needed for authentication to manage sign-ins, plan assignments and account settings. Do not include sensitive identity details in your username or share your password or login credentials in support tickets.
To provide subscriptions, verify payments and process refunds, this service retains order numbers, selected plans, payment status, transaction times and necessary payment receipts. Support ticket content is used to understand and follow up on issues. Before submitting a screenshot, conceal personal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNWN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, visited URLs or history that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Business order records are not network activity records; they serve different purposes.
Temporary session state needed to establish and maintain a connection is used only for current communications. It is not kept as a persistent connection log and is released when the connection ends. Cumulative traffic used to calculate plan allowances is service usage data and does not include destinations or communication content. An anonymous no-logs policy does not mean that account, order and usage data do not exist.
Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics
The user panel stores login credentials and interface preferences in the browser's local storage to maintain sessions and reduce repeated setup. Necessary cookies, such as those used for sessions or security checks, serve only their respective functions. After signing out, you can clear this site's stored data in your browser settings; doing so may end your session and reset preferences.
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. They are not used to record websites accessed through international routes. Browser requests may include technical information such as network addresses, browser types and referring pages. Do not include passwords or other sensitive data in URL parameters.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third party. VPNWN uses order status and necessary transaction identifiers to verify payment receipt; users are not asked to submit payment account passwords to this service.
VPNWN does not sell users' personal data. Service providers involved in fulfillment, payment verification or troubleshooting should process only the data needed to complete their tasks. When faced with a binding legal requirement, we handle data actually held as required by applicable law, without expanding routine data collection as a result.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is in use. Order, refund and support ticket records are retained for as long as needed for fulfillment, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. There is no single retention period for all data: when the purpose for processing ends and there is no basis for further retention, data is deleted or anonymized. Data in backups is cleared through normal rotation.
To access, correct or delete your data, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. This service may verify account ownership. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. If records must still be retained by law or relate to an unresolved matter, we will explain why they cannot be deleted immediately.
Policy Updates and Related Documents
If our data handling practices change, VPNWN will update this page and the date at the top. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where a new purpose requires separate consent, continued browsing does not replace that consent.
