Refund Policy

This policy explains VPNWN subscription refunds, the information needed to apply, and how payments are returned. Submit refund requests and follow-up messages through a ticket in the user panel. Keep your order records and ticket replies so the processing status can be checked.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. The refund window is based on the account's first successfully paid order, and the application time is based on the ticket submission record. You do not need to prove a connection issue or submit a speed test report when applying within this window.

Identify the order you want refunded in your ticket. A renewal, mid-cycle upgrade, or separate data package purchase does not restart the refund window for the first payment. If your account has multiple payments, each one must be checked separately to avoid confusing duplicate payments, upgrade price differences, and the original order.

Data packages do not expire and remain available until used. This validity period is separate from the refund application window. If your request involves both a data package and a monthly subscription, list the relevant orders so the benefits covered by the refund can be confirmed first.

What Is and Is Not Covered

Requests made within the first-payment refund window are handled under the full refund commitment above. A working connection, subscription use, or use of included data is not, by itself, a reason to deny a refund. This policy does not apply a separate data-usage deduction or calculate the refund amount based on data used.

Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment above. An unsuccessful payment, a canceled order, or an order already refunded cannot be refunded a second time. If an account cannot be matched to a payment record, you may need to provide additional information for verification.

If a case involves unusual usage beyond the plan benefits, an account violation, or a payment dispute, it must be reviewed against the order records and the Terms of Service. Data usage alone is not enough to establish a violation. If the review affects the outcome, the specific reason will be explained in the ticket, and you may provide additional information.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket portal, and submit a request with “Refund Request” as the subject.
  2. Provide the order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method for the order you want refunded. If there are multiple orders, explain which details go with each one.
  3. If the order status does not match the payment record, you may attach a screenshot of the transaction receipt and hide personal information unrelated to this review.
  4. Check the review outcome, provide any additional information, and confirm the return arrangements in the original ticket. This helps prevent information from being missed across multiple tickets.

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are enough. Refund correspondence also does not require a separate email address. Do not share your login password, payment password, verification code, private key, or recovery phrase. Submitted materials should contain only the information needed to identify this transaction.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Payments made through Alipay or WeChat Pay are generally returned through the original payment channel. The payment channel determines how the funds appear in your account. Check the original transaction record rather than relying only on the order status in the panel.

USDT refunds involve a blockchain network and receiving address, so the original-payment process used for Alipay and WeChat Pay does not apply. The original payment record, receiving network, and refund address must be checked in the ticket, and the arrangements confirmed before funds are sent. Never use an address from a different network.

Processing time depends on order verification, the payment channel, or on-chain confirmations. This policy does not guarantee a fixed arrival time. The ticket should clarify the refund status, actual amount, and any applicable channel fees. These details do not change the full refund commitment for eligible requests.

Benefits After a Refund and Checking Progress

Once a refund is complete, the subscription benefits for that order end. Keep any order information you may need before the refund is processed. If your request is still being reviewed, submitting a ticket does not mean the funds have already been returned. The ticket confirmation will specify when the benefits are affected.

If the ticket shows that the request has been processed but the funds have not appeared, reply to the original ticket with the order number and the status shown by the payment channel. For any related payment dispute, include the current status so the team can check whether the funds have already been returned and avoid processing the same payment twice.

See the Privacy Policy for information about how account data is handled. If you have questions about refund coverage or the review outcome, request a further review through the ticket and include the specific records you want checked.
